About the Job
This entry-level role is perfect for students who enjoy staying active and want real manufacturing experience. You’ll work on a supportive team handling metal parts after they’re produced by our machines.
What You’ll Do
Sort and separate metal parts
Use basic tools (files, grinders) to clean and finish parts
Keep your work area neat and organized
Follow safety rules and help maintain a safe workspace
Complete simple production paperwork

Requirements
What You Need
Currently enrolled in high school, or have a high school diploma/GED
No previous experience required — we will teach you everything!
Physical Aspects of the Job
(We train you on how to do this safely!)
Standing and walking most of the shift
Lifting up to 35 lbs. regularly, up to 45 lbs. occasionally
Reaching, bending, and using hand tools
Working around machinery and moderate noise
