Oconomowoc Golf Club – Now Hiring for the 2026 Season!
Oconomowoc Golf Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our Grounds Team for the 2026 season. Full-time, part-time, and weekend-only positions are available!
Why Join Our Team?
Early start times (5:30–6:00 AM) leave your afternoons free.
Weekend-only shifts are less than 4 hours.
***We are willing to be flexible with hours—so if you have any interest at all (even if it’s only for a few hours a day), send in your resume and we may be able to work with you!***
Who We’re Looking For:
High school and college students
Individuals in between jobs or out of school
Individuals looking for a active outdoor job
Minimum age: 15 years old
Job Responsibilities:
Operate various mowers and turf equipment
Bunker maintenance and raking
Daily course setup and repairs
Landscaping and general outdoor maintenance
Assisting with tasks to prepare the course for golfers each day

Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
Able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally
Prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidates!
