We are seeking a Part-Time Entry-Level Human Resource Clerk to support our HR team with various tasks. This role is ideal for someone currently attending college or someone with experience in HR or customer service looking to gain more hands-on, on-the-job experience. As an HR Clerk, you will be responsible for performing general HR duties, including filing, data entry, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a highly confidential position, requiring attention to detail and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing and organizing HR-related documents
- Data entry and maintaining employee records
- Assist with miscellaneous HR duties as needed
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support HR team with any administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields) or prior experience in HR or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling employee information
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, with the ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in an office setting
Compensation
$15-18 per hour, depending on experience
