The Husco Scholars program offers an incredible opportunity for high school seniors and recent graduates to pursue higher education while working full-time. This program provides 100% tuition assistance for students pursuing an engineering degree through UW-Platteville or Waukesha County Technical College.
Participants will also gain valuable work experience by completing a rotational program across engineering and manufacturing functions at Husco. With flexible work hours to accommodate class schedules, mentorship and professional development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment, the Husco Scholars program sets students up for success both academically and professionally.

Program Entry Requirements:
- High school senior graduating in 2025
- Strong academic record, 3.0 GPA and above
- Desire to pursue a degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Technician
- Eventual acceptance into the program of choice (does not need to be before submitting application for this program).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
