Our beautiful 20-acre campus is located on the shores of Lac La Belle, where we offer a full range of services for seniors. Our mission, Reflecting Christ’s love, we provide homes and resources for seniors, guides us. We offer positions with a variety of schedules and requirements, available on our website, www.shorehavenliving.org. We are well-known in our community with a reputation for quality care and are seeking employees to join in our mission.
Company History
Founded in 1939, Shorehaven has been the Specialist in Serving Seniors since our beginning. We offer a continuum of services, from independent living apartments to Assisted Living to Memory Care to Skilled Nursing, and even in home assistance.
Benefits
All employees are eligible for FREE membership at our on-site Fitness Center with pool, and can begin participating in the retirement plan [a 403(b)] upon hire. We offer a match of up to 5% once eligibility requirements are met. Employees in positions of at least 30 hours/week are eligible for a full insurance program. We offer the use of our lakeside pavilion, and have free kayaks and paddleboards available for use. We provide free coffee, free weekly meals, and much more!
