Founded in 1975, New Berlin Plastics is a family-owned business located in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are a leader in custom injection molding of precision components utilizing engineering-grade thermoplastic materials. The company is highly customer-driven with a focus on total solution design to meet customer requirements offering technical and engineering assistance to our customers in the development of new products.
For years, New Berlin Plastics has made ongoing investments in our people, processes, and technology.
We take a holistic approach to ensure that we continually improve our processes, leverage technologies in smart and effective ways, recruit quality people, and provide training and development to retain talented employees.
Company History
New Berlin Plastics was founded in 1975 by William Aukofer and Robert Zeman. After two company moves in 1976 and 1982, business continued to expand, allowing NBP to transition to a new 100,000 square foot facility in 1998. This facility is located in New Berlin, Wisconsin, and serves as the corporate headquarters and manufacturing site. In July of 2001, Jeffery Held and Mark Siewert acquired New Berlin Plastics. They worked together to grow the organization, focusing on both the day-to-day processes and the long-term goals.

In business since 1975 we continue to grow and innovate our people, processes and technology to maintain our business in a competitive market.
New Berlin Plastics recently purchased a 105,000 sq. ft. building to meet the growing needs of our existing customers and accommodate the needs of new customers.
This expansion will allow us to grow our manufacturing and operational capacities as we look to scale with existing and new customers.
It also serves as the new location of our shipping and receiving operations with 12 loading docks.
