ThermTech is a privately held commercial heat-treating company that offers a wide range of services to a diverse and discerning set of customers. We are proud to offer exceptional, value-added services to manufacturers in the Forging, Foundry, Heavy Equipment, Machining, Oil & Gas and Tool & Die markets. Located in Waukesha, WI, ThermTech is currently ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified.

Company History
ThermTech is firmly rooted in the Waukesha Community, founded by Charles E Wiberg in 1982 and is currently owned and operated by brother and sister, Steve Wiberg, President, and Mary Wiberg Springer, Vice President. Thermtech has expanded quite a bit over the years and is an incredibly successful company, proudly providing customers & employees with the proper services and care they deserve.

2008 Heat Treater of the Year-----The prestigious 2008 Heat Treater of the Year award from Industrial Heating magazine went to ThermTech of Waukesha, Incorporated. The achievement was made possible because of well-trained and dedicated staff members.
AS9100D-----ThermTech has also been an AS9100D registered company as of 2015.
Ford AMTD-DC2010 and General Motors DC-9999-1-----ThermTech is very proud to announce that it has been provisionally approved as a Heat-Treat Supplier for both the Ford and General Motors Die Insert Material specifications: Ford AMTD-DC2010 and General Motors DC-9999-1.
Benefits
Health, Dental and Life Insurance
Therm-Tech believes that group health, dental, and life insurance are some of the most important benefits. Insurance coverage for eligible employees begins on the first of the month after hire by Therm-Tech.
A life insurance policy worth $50,000.00 is provided at no cost to the employee. An employee may choose to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse and/or their dependent children.
Free short-term and long-term disability income protection is also provided by ThermTech.
On-Site Health Care Benefits
ThermTech takes a proactive approach to employee health. There are many incentives for those who take part in the on-site health program. Increased cash contribution towards a personal medical fund, reduced employee premium contribution, and winning prizes are just a few incentives we offer. We have an on-site medical team for Primary and Urgent Care needs (most services are provided at no additional cost to the employee). We also have an on-site chiropractor at no charge to the employee and family. Our on-site massage therapist offers 25-minute massages for just a $10 fee.
Retirement Saving Plans and Advice
We offer eligible employees a 401(k) plan (traditional and Roth components) with 25% company match on the first 4%. As an employee of Therm-Tech the advisors at Cleveland Hauswirth offer financial advice on your 401(k) as well as other investment advice to you at no cost to you.
Career Development and Tuition Reimbursement
Therm-Tech is committed to help you continuously develop and learn new skills. In addition to tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year, we offer ongoing training tailored to your individual job requirements.
Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)
We offer 7 paid holidays per calendar year and paid time off (PTO) based on your length of service to reward you for your continued employment.
Free Uniforms, Safety Equipment, Overtime Incentives and Prizes
In addition to offering free uniforms and safety equipment, we offer overtime incentives and have an employee recognition (PIN) program that provides various prizes to the winners. We also offer a 17% for second and 13% for third off-shift premium.
