Description

Cleaning Operations: Sorting, rinsing, and washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Sanitization: Operating commercial dishwashers, monitoring water temperature, and sanitizing cooking tools.
Restocking: Returning clean dishes and glassware to service stations, ensuring servers have items available.
Sanitation & Safety: Cleaning food prep areas, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning appliances (blenders, mixers), and breaking down dish machines.
Waste Management: Emptying trash cans and recycling, and removing used grease.
Support: Assisting with food prep or storing deliveries, as needed.
